At KOTOBUKIYA US ONLINE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include a printout of your RMA confirmation.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
